History

After graduating from Yale University in 1998 and working in San Francisco and Los Angeles for 4 years, Jim's son, J.J. Korman, moved to Minneapolis in 2002 and started Terra Companies, a real estate services company. Terra Companies philosophy is an amalgamation of the principles J.J. learned from both his Dad and his Grandpa: truth, knowledge, service, and an intense focus on the industry fundamentals. J.J. applies this philosophy when working with buyers and sellers throughout the metro area.
