Zach Dawson graduated from Iowa State University in 2000 with a B.S. in MIS. Zach is currently a Valuation Review Manager working in risk management at GMAC. Zach grew up in Cedar Rapids, IA and currently divides time between Northeast Minneapolis and South Philadelphia.

Tom Payne graduated with a major in Finance and a minor in Spanish in the Honors Program at the University of Iowa if 1998. Tom has been a Real Estate Agent since 2005. He is currently the President and Managing Director of Flagship Credit Services, LLC, a commercial financing company. Prior to that, Tom was a commercial banker at Wells Fargo and Citizen's Independent Bank. Clients value his extensive background in finance and real estate. Tina Neameyer graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Dakota in 1999 with a B.B.A in Information Management. Tina has been a Real Estate Agent with Terra Companies since 2005. She is currently a Senior Analyst in Member Relations at Lifetime Fitness and has held various posts with Target, Oracle, Frito Lay, and Anagram International. Debbie Korman graduated from the College of St. Thomas in 1994 with a B.A. in Accounting. She received her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 1998. Debbie began working with James Korman at Korman Law Office in 1998, and is the sole owner of that firm today. In addition to her real estate, estate planning, probate, elder law, and medical assistance planning practice, Debbie serves as general counsel and handles all title and closing services for Terra Companies. Kelly Potratz

Don Wagner graduated from the School of Hard Knocks on a farm in Norway, IA. Throughout his career, Don has been an auto mechanic (7 years), an airplane mechanic for Northwest Airlines (13 years), and a jack of all trades, among other things. Since 2006, Terra Companies clients have yet to find something Don can't fix, install, or rebuild. Don is a MN Licensed Contractor and is insured and bonded. Tom Swanson has been a Home Inspector since 1988. He has also been previously involved in real estate as a Licensed Contractor, Licensed Real Estate Agent, and a Certified Property Manager. Jeff, Brad, and Bernie Von Ruden are brothers who own and operate AQS, Inc. They all bring unique talents to the business. Brad and Bernie attended Dunwoody Institute's highly accredited HVAC program, have NATE certification, and regularly improve their knowledge with continuing education and "hands on" experience.
